The Company

Have you ever wondered how you know the food you eat is safe, that construction companies follow proper quality standards, or that environmental practices are monitored and compliant?

Behind the scenes, independent certification providers play a critical role in ensuring businesses across Australia meet the requirements of ISO standards and other regulatory frameworks. Our client is one of those organisations.

They work with private companies, government authorities, not for profits and large enterprises across sectors such as construction, mining, health, manufacturing, defence, agriculture and more.

To deliver these services, they engage highly specialised auditors to assess client management systems, identify gaps, and provide advice to help organisations meet their compliance obligations.

This is where the Client Services Coordinator comes in.

The Role

Every audit is scheduled months in advance, and every client expects a seamless, organised and professional service. As the Client Manager, you are the central link between the client, the assessor and the broader certification team – the person who keeps the process running smoothly from start to finish.

You will coordinate audit schedules, liaise with auditors, support clients, prepare documentation and maintain the systems and data that underpin the entire certification process. Think of this role as the operational heartbeat that ensures every audit is delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.

  • Coordinating and scheduling assessments and audits
  • Sending assessment schedules, action plans and correspondence
  • Monitoring upcoming and overdue assessments and following up as required
  • Managing client records and maintaining accurate data in the CRM

  • Processing contractor invoices

  • Providing reliable administrative and relationship management support to auditors and internal certification staff
  • Supporting clients to ensure they receive a well-organised, timely and professional service
What We Are Looking For

You will ideally bring:
  • A tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline
  • Previous experience within an organisation with an integrated management system or ISO/AS certification
  • Minimum five years’ experience in administration, coordination or client management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
