The Opportunity
Reporting to the APAC Director of People & Culture, this hands-on role currently supports Australia and New Zealand and is expected to broaden over time to include responsibility across the Asia Pacific region.

You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching and operational support, ensuring people initiatives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted HR advisor
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design and capability development
  • Lead talent and succession initiatives to strengthen career pathways
  • Manage employee relations matters with fairness and compliance
  • Support performance management and feedback culture
  • Design and deliver learning programs and workshops
  • Oversee HR operations and identify process improvements
About You
  • Experienced HR generalist with senior-level partnering experience
  • Background in industrial, manufacturing or related environments
  • Strong capability in employee relations, coaching and talent management
  • Practical, solution-focused approach with commercial awareness
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
The Benefits
  • Salary circa $150,000 – $160,000 + superannuation
  • Annual bonus (paid consistently for over 10 years)
