The Opportunity
Reporting to the APAC Director of People & Culture, this hands-on role currently supports Australia and New Zealand and is expected to broaden over time to include responsibility across the Asia Pacific region.
You will provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching and operational support, ensuring people initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders as a trusted HR advisor
- Support workforce planning, organisational design and capability development
- Lead talent and succession initiatives to strengthen career pathways
- Manage employee relations matters with fairness and compliance
- Support performance management and feedback culture
- Design and deliver learning programs and workshops
- Oversee HR operations and identify process improvements
- Experienced HR generalist with senior-level partnering experience
- Background in industrial, manufacturing or related environments
- Strong capability in employee relations, coaching and talent management
- Practical, solution-focused approach with commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
- Salary circa $150,000 – $160,000 + superannuation
- Annual bonus (paid consistently for over 10 years)
