With a large, specialised fleet—including excavators, dozers, dump trucks, and loaders—this publicly listed company has a long and successful history delivering major public and private infrastructure projects across Australia.
  
A Strategic Career Opportunity
This newly created role goes beyond a traditional EA position. Working closely with the General Manager of the plant division, you’ll play a pivotal role in operations, strategy, and business growth. Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of support, you’ll gain exposure to high-level decision-making while developing strategic, operational, and leadership skills.
  
Over time, this role provides a pathway to greater responsibility in stakeholder engagement, business development, and executive leadership—an ideal opportunity for someone eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Skills & Experience:
To excel in this role, you’ll need a combination of industry experience, strong organisational skills, and a proactive mindset. The ideal candidate will have:  
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or engineering.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
