About the Role
This is a full-time, in-office Administration Assistant role based at the Richmond head office. You will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly while providing administrative support to the Directors, Finance Manager and wider engineering team.
The role offers genuine variety, combining core administration with exposure to areas such as finance, marketing, HR and IT.

What Are We Looking For?
To be considered, you will need to demonstrate:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an administration role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced typing, editing and formatting skills across the MS Office suite
- Good time management and strong attention to detail
- A proactive and approachable working style, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
