About the Company
Join a leading manufacturer of high-quality commercial-grade doors and frames with over 30 years of success. The company specialises in producing fire-rated, acoustic, escape, and a range of custom doors using both timber and pressed metal.  
  
The Role
This role primarily involves managing projects from start to finish, providing technical advice, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, which include Tier 1, 2, and 3 builders working exclusively on commercial projects. You’ll also address client queries, prepare quotes, and input project data into the system, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  
Currently, the role is 80% focused on project management and 20% on estimating, with the expectation that this balance will evolve over time. As you grow into the position and the company continues to expand, the role is envisioned to transition to an equal split, with 50% of your time dedicated to project management and 50% to estimating.
  
This dynamic position offers the chance to develop your skills across both areas while playing a key role in the company's continued growth and success.
  
What You’ll Need

• Experience managing projects in construction or related industries.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders.
• Confidence working with ERP systems (experience with M1 is a plus).
• Basic estimating skills
• Familiarity with architectural plans
• Joinery or timber experience highly regarded but not essential.
