The Role
As the National Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client’s services division nationally.  
  
You will be responsible for managing the division's daily operations, overcoming any issues that arise, and ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators. Your leadership will extend to supervising and supporting staff, coordinating technical service works, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
  
This role requires a proactive approach to client interactions, regular interstate travel and team management ensuring our client remains the preferred choice in the spray booth industry.
  
What Are We Looking For?

• Significant experience in the industrial / Manufacturing space
• Ability to lead and complete jobs successfully and in compliance.
• Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience organising and training staff.
• Excellent leadership, people management, coordination, and project delivery skills.
• Literate and capable of using computers for basic functions, including reporting.
• Good understanding of dimensions and drawings.

Salary: Negotiable depending on breadth and depth of experience + vehicle allowance
