In 2015 in response to client demand, we established an HR consulting service with the goal of catering to small and medium business that require generalist human resource support, but don’t necessarily require an internal HR Manager.
Having an HR Manager will probably become a necessity when businesses reach 100 or more employees, however prior to that, companies are likely to require HR assistance to navigate the various employment laws and regulations.
