We started this HR consulting service in 2015 because business owners kept telling us the same thing — that traditional HR frameworks just didn’t fit. They were designed for big companies with big teams, not small and medium businesses trying to do the right thing with limited time and resources. For many, it felt like an administrative burden — complex, rigid, and hard to implement, let alone manage. What they needed was something simpler. More human. A service that understood the realities of small business, and could offer tailored advice that actually worked — practical, clear, and delivered by someone who could quietly sit in their corner and help them manage the messy, emotional, brilliant business of employing people.
We work with businesses who want solid, practical advice. People who understand that HR isn’t about buzzwords or posters in the lunchroom. It’s about handling the hard things well — performance issues, team dynamics, compliance risks, the occasional stubborn employee, and the stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into a policy.
Our clients typically range in size from 5 to 65 employees. Some are growing quickly and need support to scale. Others are well-established and need a safe pair of hands to help manage the day-to-day. Either way, we’re here to help.
