History:

Amanda is an accomplished business leader and manager with a career spanning over 20 years. Formerly the CEO of Cranbourne Greyhound Racing Club, she successfully led one of Australia’s most prominent clubs over a six-year period, achieving exceptional results.

Before this, Amanda ran her own bookkeeping business, supporting clients across industries including property, construction, manufacturing, equestrian, and racing. She also spent 15 years with GE Finance in roles such as Loan and Mortgage Writer and Sub-Branch Manager. Additionally, she was contracted as a Mortgage Broker for ANZ Bank and Wizard Home Loans, further broadening her financial expertise.

She specialises in recruiting support-level roles across a wide range of industries, using her experience to understand the needs of employers and candidates alike. Amanda is a passionate equestrian who also enjoys staying active through sports and exercise. She values time spent with friends and family and is committed to professional growth, regularly attending online courses and seminars to enhance her skills and knowledge.

Qualification:

Amanda is certified to deliver DISC Advanced Behavioural Profiling and is a fully qualified bookkeeper.
