ABOUT THE ROLE
  
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Victoria’s largest industrial refrigeration contractors, based in Sunshine. With a strong forward pipeline of work—including large-scale Greenfield developments, plant upgrades, and long-term service and maintenance contracts—the company is now looking to grow its team.
  
We’re seeking an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic to join the service and projects team, working predominantly with clients in the food manufacturing and processing sector. This is a hands-on role focused on heavy industrial systems, particularly Ammonia and Freon-based refrigeration plants. The work spans installation, commissioning, breakdown response and system upgrades, with most projects based in Victoria and some occasional interstate travel.
  
  
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  
You must be a fully qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with relevant experience in food processing and heavy industrial environments.
  
The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently, takes pride in their workmanship, and is confident leading small installation crews where required.
  
To be considered, you must have:  

• ArcTick Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Electrical ‘D’ Licence
• Full Driver’s Licence
• White Card (OH&S Construction Induction)
• Proven experience with Ammonia Refrigeration and Industrial Freon Plants
