The Company

Our client is a world leader in the supply and distribution of refrigerants, blowing agents and industrial gases. 

They work across a diverse rang of markets including automotive, aviation, insulation, HVAC-R, medical, mining and shipping / marine. 

Additionally, this business has a strong commitment to sustainability and delivers a range of services aimed at preventing global warming gases from entering the atmosphere. 


The Role

The primary purpose of the role is to lead the sales and business development function, create demand for products and services across Australia and to manage the relationships with key customers and product suppliers. 

This role has one direct report (Account Manager) but also works alongside the broader commercial, marketing,  customer service team and operations team.


What are we looking for?

In order to be successful in the role we require the following skills, experience and knowledge:
  • Bachelor degree in commerce, business, sales, marketing or another relevant field
  • Good working knowledge and understanding of refrigerant gases and / or exposure to the HVAC-R space
Additionally, we also require proven experience in a sales, business development, relationship management or commercial type role. This role is both strategic and operational in nature so you will oscillate between the two.
