THE COMPANY
Our client is a privately owned cold storage, blast freezing and refrigerated transport business, operating from a state-of-the-art depot based in Truganina / Hoppers Crossing.

Clients include Coles Supermarkets, Woolworths, Heinz, MC Herd Group of Companies plus others.
THE ROLE:
Our client is looking for a highly motivated and organised Cold Store Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a small-medium warehouse team (approx. 15 staff).
The Cold Store Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities within the depot and ensuring all incoming / outgoing deliveries are fulfilled accurately and efficiently and to ensure all paperwork / documentation is reconciled against the appropriate load.
This is a hands-on-role where you will be required to assist with loading and unloading, operating forklifts, conducting OHS checks and resolving loading / unloading problems as they arise.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
In addition, you will also require:
- Forklift license
- Leadership Skills - we want someone who leads by example; with the ability motivate, engage and coordinate a small team of people keeping them busy and fully utilised
- IT Skills - You will be using a range of IT programs, so you will need to possess intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel.
- A highly organised person, is a must

This business is offering an annual salary of $100,00 + superannuation which is well above market rates.
